Last weekend was again a great success with 9 volunteers removing over a tonne of metal from below Llandaff Weir. Our haul included 12 trollies, 3 bikes, loads of tyres and even the kitchen sink!!
A big thanks to all involved and a special mention must go to the intrepid volunteers who donned their wetsuits and braved the weir itself to remove the waste that had been trapped under it for years.

Read all about it on the Guardian Local website and see our photos on our Flickr Account.
Our next cleanup is on the 13th of June - more details closer to the time.
We thought it was about time we had a short committee meeting, followed by a bit of a social drink. Therefore we propose getting together on Friday 11th June at The Mochyn Du from 5:30/6pm onwards. We will discuss our upcoming event schedule and arrange our AGM. All are welcome!
