A waste clearance event will be taking place along the Ebbw Fawr on Monday the 2nd of April. Keep Wales Tidy, Blaenau Gwent County Borough Council and the Environment Agency would appreciate your support in order to clear sections of accumulated waste and rubbish from the Ebbw Fawr in between Cwm and Aberbeeg. Please pass on to anyone you may know that might be interested in pitching in.
The day will begin around 10.00am at the Marine Colliery site Cwm, where parking will be available, and will continue until approximately 3.00pm. All comers welcome, if possible bring your own wellies, waders, and a packed lunch, all other equipment will be provided.
