RUGBY legend and passionate fisherman Gareth Edwards opened Cardiff’s new Blackweir fish pass yesterday morning.
“Despite being a keen fisherman, from my background I am hugely aware of the River Taff and the surrounding areas. I remember that years and years ago the river was not of the quality we see today – you wouldn’t want to fish in it back then but the water quality has greatly improved over the past 30 years.
