Hi all,
Our next event takes place this SUNDAY 13th May where we will be cleaning up the Taff embankment in Grangetown. As the rivers are so high, we will be sticking to the banks.
Meeting point: Taff embankment, opposite Cymmer Street (look out for Dave's purple van)

Meeting time: 10am
Finish time: 12pm
As usual, we will provide equipment and insurance, and all waste will be collected by Cardiff County Council's Parks Department. Just turn up in suitable clothing and footwear and let me know if you can make it.
Any old iron.....Cardiff Rivers Group are now an official, registered waste carrier and, as we are picking up our brand new trailer this week, we can now take any unwanted metal items (any quantity). So, if you have any unwanted scrap metal (including cookers, washing machines and dishwashers) please feel free to donate them to us so we can trade for cash and raise vital funds for KWT and our group. Dave has very kindly offered to collect them from you (or your place of work) to then take to the metal recyclers.
Just contact Dave to arrange collection (email or 07795 640324)
